The Company processes personal information for the purposes below. It is not used for any other purpose; if a purpose changes, the Company takes the necessary measures, such as obtaining separate consent under Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

• Handling inquiries (B2B and general): reviewing inquiries, replying with answers, proposals or quotes, and contacting the inquirer
• Confirming receipt: sending an automatic confirmation email (when a spam-protection service is used)
• Analysing inquiry sources: understanding how inquiries arrive (search, advertising, etc.) to improve the Website and services
• Preventing spam and abuse: limiting repeated submissions in a short time, and blocking automated or fraudulent submissions (when a spam-protection service is used)
• Keeping the language setting: showing the Website in the language you chose

The Company processes the following personal information through the inquiry forms (B2B and general inquiries) and the use of the Website.

The Company does not process personal information of children under 14. The inquiry forms are for people aged 14 or older; if we learn that an inquiry was sent by a child under 14, we delete that personal information without delay.

Please do not include unique identifiers such as resident registration numbers, or sensitive information such as health data, in your message or attachments.

The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention period set by law or the period consented to by the data subject at the time of collection.

When personal information is no longer needed — for example, when the retention period ends or the purpose has been achieved — the Company destroys it without delay.

If personal information must be kept under other laws, it is moved to separate storage or kept in a different location.

Procedure

Personal information to be destroyed is identified and destroyed with the approval of the privacy officer.

Method

Electronic files (inquiry emails, attachments, etc.) are permanently deleted so they cannot be restored; paper documents are shredded or incinerated.

The Company processes personal information only within the stated purposes and does not currently provide it to third parties.

However, it may do so where permitted by Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act — for example, with the data subject’s separate consent, or where a law specifically requires it or it is unavoidable to comply with a legal obligation.

To handle inquiries and operate the Website, the Company entrusts the following processing work.

When entering into an entrustment contract, the Company specifies in writing, under Article 26 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the matters of responsibility such as the prohibition of processing beyond the entrusted purpose, technical and managerial safeguards, restrictions on re-entrustment, supervision of the processor and liability for damages, and supervises whether the processor handles personal information safely.

If the entrusted work or the processor changes, the Company discloses it without delay through this Privacy Policy.

Website analytics tools (Google Analytics, NAVER Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.) are not currently used. If they are introduced, this Policy will be revised and announced.

To handle inquiries and operate the Website, the Company processes (entrusts and stores) personal information overseas as follows.

If you do not want your information transferred overseas, you can contact the Company by email or phone ([확인필요 Q8]) instead of using the inquiry form. Processing for website hosting, however, is necessary to use the Website; if you refuse it, you cannot use the Website.

You may at any time ask the Company to access, correct, delete or suspend the processing of your personal information, or withdraw your consent to its processing.

• You can exercise these rights in writing, by email or by other means addressed to the privacy officer, and the Company will act without delay.
• You can also exercise them through a representative, such as a legal representative or a person you have authorised; a power of attorney must be submitted in that case.
• Requests for access or suspension of processing may be restricted under Article 35(4) and Article 37(2) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
• Deletion cannot be requested where other laws specify the information as subject to collection.
• The Company verifies that the person making a request is the data subject or a legitimate representative.

You must enter your personal information accurately and must not enter another person’s personal information without authorisation.

The Company takes the following measures to keep personal information secure.

• Encryption in transit: the Website and the inquiry form are served only over encrypted HTTPS (TLS) connections.
• Minimal storage: inquiries are not stored on the Website — they are delivered by email only — and the logs written by the Website’s software do not record names, contact details, messages or IP addresses (for the hosting servers’ access logs, see “Personal information processed” and “Processing and retention periods”).
• Attachment limits: only files of permitted types (documents, images, design files) and size are accepted, and the actual file type is checked from the start of the file and the document structure.
• Access key management: access keys for external services, such as email delivery, are kept out of the source code as server environment variables.

To remember the language you choose and to understand where inquiries come from, the Company stores the following information in your browser. A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser; session storage (sessionStorage) is browser storage that is cleared when you close the tab.

The language cookie is stored when you change the language yourself, or when you open a page in a language different from your browser’s language setting.

You can refuse or delete cookies and site data in your web browser settings. If you do, your language choice is not remembered — the Website is shown according to your browser’s language setting on each visit — and source information may not be sent with your inquiry.

Cookies for analytics or advertising are not currently used. If analytics tools are introduced, this Policy will be revised and announced.

The Company designates the privacy officer below to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and to handle complaints and remedies related to it.
